Hypnosis for Your Highest Self At 3rd Eye with Mae S.

In this event, we come together to co-create a deeply guided hypnotic exploration. We take an hour to let go of the stress, anxiety, and concerns of the world and replace them with messages from our highest selves. You might just be astonished at how much you can shift in an hour.

Come prepared to sit or lie down comfortably and be open to the messages from your highest and greatest good. This session is designed to increase your awareness, compassion, and self-love so that you can go out and reflect that back out into the world. That sounds pretty good, doesn't it? No prior experience is required - simply come as you are.

This class invites you to step outside of structured movement and into intuitive, free-flowing expression. Through guided movement prompts, breathwork, and self-massage, you’ll explore ways to move through what’s present in your body. Whether that’s tension, emotion, or energy that’s ready to shift. Unlike a traditional yoga class, this practice is less about poses and more about showing up authentically, feeling into the sensations of movement and stillness. By listening to your body’s natural rhythms, you’ll cultivate a deeper connection to yourself and your nervous system’s innate wisdom. Expect moments of stillness, organic movement, and breath. No experience needed—just come as you are.Read class details

Breathwork Yoga in Austin Texas on 2025-04-28 at 6:30 - 7:30pm

intensity   at 3rd Eye in Austin Texas with Mandy K.

Restorative Breathwork is a meditative practice developed to move us inward toward more subtle dimensions of awareness. Breathwork is directly translated into Pranayama. In Sanskrit, Prana means vital energy and Yama means restraint. In this class, we will explore the ebb and flow of your ‘life force energy’.Working with this breath is equally restorative as it is transformative. The circular breath technique gives permission for the mind to relax which then gives way for the body to display what messages lie beneath the surface. With every layer, prepare to uncover deeper aspects of yourself which can lead to feelings of liberation or increased self-realization.Your experience will be different every time you attend and you will always receive exactly what you need. Meditation, sound healing and being held in a peaceful savasana guides and supports the integration process.Come as you are, everyone is welcome. Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, and any other items to make yourself comfortable (pillow, eye mask, etc.)Read class details

In this sound bath, you’re invited to sink deeply into the heart of the present moment, where all that you are already is. You’ll be gently held through the vibrations of singing bowls, channeled vocals, bells, gong, rattles, shakers, native flute, and guitar, revealing the ever-present now, where life itself hearts you, unconditionally, as you are.Allow the waves of sound to support you in coming home to your center as you breathe, relax, and allow your awareness to bloom. There is no journey to be taken, no distance to cross—just an unfolding into the gift of presence. The sounds will guide you to remember that home is not somewhere you go, but where you’ve always been. Please bring your own yoga mat. I love that no matter how busy or slow this place is, the person who works there is personable and graceful. The cacao is nice and so is the ambiance.

I have been consuming Third Eye Elixirs for the past three years and have had amazing results. It began with taking Golden Elixir or Golden Milk to remedy inflammation in my knees and feet. By simply having a golden milk drink before bed I not only slept better but my inflammation that would make walking extremely painful at times diminished significantly in weeks. I recommend this for anyone with sleep problems or joint inflammation. I was then struck with diverticulitus and was hospitalized for six days while in France, I remained in France for two more months due to work and the felt discomfort in my colon the entire time. As many say, this affliction is extremely difficult to recover from. When returning to Austin I begin my recovery with Neil recommending I take a small portion of Silighai daily, the uncomfortable sensations that were in my colon from the attack healed in a month and I feel no negative symptoms. I talk to so many with this affliction telling me it never completely heals. Neil seems to give me excellent advice in supplements for my health. Neil later challenged me to stop my daily coffee consumption and replace it with Cacao. I drank Cacao but not as a regular morning drink. Since doing so I feel a new level of vibrancy and have a consistent steady level of energy. Totally amazing how Third Eye products have changed my life. On the social side, coming to the lounge is always a comforting place to be, it is one of the friendliest places in Austin. I always look forward to spending time in the lovely community. Thanks Bart Shar

FAQ

Yoga helps with mindfulness like a GPS for your mind, guiding you towards the present moment. It can help you learn to focus your attention, reduce distractions, and increase self-awareness. Plus, it's a lot more relaxing than listening to a robotic voice telling you where to turn.

To know if you're doing a yoga pose correctly, channel your inner detective. Observe your alignment, check in with your breath, and listen to your body. If something feels off, make adjustments or ask your instructor for guidance. Remember, it's not about being perfect – it's about finding what works best for your body.

Yoga is like a circus performer, juggling multiple tasks at once. It improves your balance by strengthening your core and leg muscles, and it enhances your coordination by teaching you to move your body in sync with your breath. Just don't expect to run away and join the circus after a few classes.

Yoga can help with chronic pain like a soothing balm for your body. It can help reduce pain and stiffness, improve flexibility, and increase strength. Plus, it's a lot more fun than suffering in silence.

Yoga can help with insomnia like a lullaby for your mind. It can help reduce stress and anxiety, which can interfere with sleep. Plus, the gentle stretching and deep breathing can help you unwind and fall asleep more easily.
