:full_moon: A grounding yoni steam ritual to release and restore. A yoni steam, also known as vaginal steaming or V-steaming, is an alternative therapy that involves sitting over a pot of hot, herb-infused water to cleanse the vulva. The practice is said to have originated in ancient Mayan and Central American cultures.
:woman_in_lotus_position: Gentle, restorative yoga to open your body and spirit
:bell: Celestial sound healing to align with the moon's powerful energy
Together, we will:
Harness the Full Moon’s energy for release and renewal
Reconnect with the sacred feminine
Align mind, body, and spirit for the month ahead

Yoga is like a gentle cardio workout for your heart. It gets your blood flowing, strengthens your heart muscle, and can help lower blood pressure. Plus, you don't have to worry about your heart skipping a beat when you see your yoga instructor – unless they're really, really attractive.
Yoga helps with endurance like a marathon runner, helping you go the distance without running out of steam. It can help improve cardiovascular function, increase lung capacity, and reduce fatigue. Plus, it's a lot more enjoyable than running until your legs give out.
Yoga for children is like a superhero training camp, only without the spandex and capes (unless you're into that sort of thing). It can help improve focus, concentration, and coordination, while also promoting self-esteem and body awareness. Plus, it's a great way to tire them out before bedtime.
Absolutely! Yoga is like a universal language for your body. It can be practiced by people of all ages and fitness levels, and can be adapted to meet the needs of each individual. Plus, it's a lot more fun than sitting on the couch all day.
Yoga is like a natural pain reliever. It can help reduce chronic pain by improving flexibility, strength, and posture. Plus, the focus on mindfulness can help you manage pain by changing your relationship to it.
