I’m still trying out classes as a part of the 30 day trail and I’m really enjoying the variety. All the instructors have been lovely. The classes aren’t too crowded and have good range of ages and experience. I’m excited to attend a sound bath soon but right now my favorite class is Flexibility and Mobility. The environment is chill and welcoming!

Absolutely! Yoga is like a universal language for your body. It can be practiced by people of all ages and fitness levels, and can be adapted to meet the needs of each individual. Plus, it's a lot more fun than sitting on the couch all day.
Yoga is like a posture-perfecting superhero, swooping in to save you from a lifetime of slouching. It strengthens your core and back muscles, which helps to improve your posture. Plus, it's a lot more fun than wearing one of those posture-correcting devices that make you look like a robot.
The breath is like the DJ of your yoga practice - it sets the rhythm and keeps everything flowing smoothly. It helps you stay focused, calm, and connected to your body as you move through the poses.
Yoga helps with mindfulness like a GPS for your mind, guiding you towards the present moment. It can help you learn to focus your attention, reduce distractions, and increase self-awareness. Plus, it's a lot more relaxing than listening to a robotic voice telling you where to turn.
