Breathing into the Void is a powerful breathwork experience led by Dustin Alexander, a seasoned facilitator, martial artist, and musician. This session combines rhythmic breathwork, immersive soundscapes, and guided visualization to help you explore the depths of your mind and connect with your authentic self—all without the use of substances.

Whether you're looking to reduce stress, gain mental clarity, or simply explore your inner world, this event offers a grounded and practical approach to personal growth. No prior experience is necessary—just bring an open mind and a willingness to explore.

7:00 PM - 7:15 PM: Arrival and Connection

Settle in, meet fellow participants, and get comfortable.
7:15 PM - 7:30 PM: Introduction and Instructions

Learn about the flow of the event and how to get the most out of your experience.
7:30 PM - 7:40 PM: Quick Stretch

Prepare your body for the breathwork journey with gentle movement.
7:40 PM - 7:50 PM: Breath Calibration

Align your breath with the rhythm of the session through guided techniques.
7:50 PM - 8:35 PM: Breathwork Journey

Dive deep into an immersive experience using rhythmic breathwork and guided visualizations.
8:35 PM - 8:50 PM: Sonic Journey

Let the music and soundscapes guide you further into your inner world.
8:50 PM - 9:00 PM: Sharing and Closing

Optional sharing circle and intentional closing of the space.
What to Bring:
Comfortable clothing
Yoga mat or something soft to lay on
Blanket for warmth
Water bottle
Pen and journal (optional)
Eye mask (optional)
Pro Tip: Avoid eating two hours before the event for the best experience. An early, light dinner is encouraged. Snacks will be provided afterward to help you ground.

Photography and Filming: Photos and footage may be taken during the event. If you’d prefer not to be included, please let us know.
Breathwork Contraindications: If you have any of the following conditions, please let us know. You can still participate but will need to modify certain exercises:
COPD II or III
Cancer, organ failure, or terminal illness
Epilepsy, pacemaker, or heart arrhythmia
