Prepare your body for the breathwork journey with gentle movement.
7:40 PM - 7:50 PM: Breath Calibration
Align your breath with the rhythm of the session through guided techniques.
7:50 PM - 8:35 PM: Breathwork Journey
Dive deep into an immersive experience using rhythmic breathwork and guided visualizations.
8:35 PM - 8:50 PM: Sonic Journey
Let the music and soundscapes guide you further into your inner world.
8:50 PM - 9:00 PM: Sharing and Closing
Optional sharing circle and intentional closing of the space.

Pro Tip: Avoid eating two hours before the event for the best experience. An early, light dinner is encouraged. Snacks will be provided afterward to help you ground.

Breathwork Contraindications: If you have any of the following conditions, please let us know. You can still participate but will need to modify certain exercises:
