Vinyasa yoga is a creative form of yoga. Yoga poses are linked together with the breath in a flowing sequence. Expect to move, sometimes vigorously, from pose to pose. This practice stimulates and energizes the mind and body through asanas (poses), with focus on the breath. This class will help you to build strength, increase endurance, create flexibility, and release tension.

If you appreciate having things a little loose and like to keep moving, this style is definitely worth a try.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Yoga Flow - North Loop! From the moment you step through the door, you feel an incredible sense of belonging and community. The studio does an amazing job of fostering a warm, welcoming environment that feels like a second home. Many of us live around the area and walk to classes. I get to meet up my friends here and share a cup of tea with after a class. The instructors here are top-notch. Michael's classes are my personal favorite. Each one brings their unique style and expertise, making every class both enriching and inspiring. Each instructor genuinely cares about each student, offering personalized guidance and encouragement to help you grow in your practice, no matter your level of experience. What truly sets this studio apart is its focus on learning and mindfulness. Whether you're working on the basics or exploring more advanced techniques, every class feels like an opportunity to deepen your understanding and connection to yourself. The sense of local community is palpable here. From fun events to friendly conversations before and after class, Yoga Flow is a place where connections are built and nurtured. This is a really special studio. There is a true sense of genuine community, and all of the instructors are friendly and bring their own unique vibe and style to practice. Rates are super flexible and affordable as well. Right now, it’s only $50/month for 1 class per week. And it truly is easy to cancel or take a break if you need to. That’s hard to find at other studios and gyms. Highly recommend Flow Yoga!

Great classes for a variety of levels, and dedicated people. This studio is really welcoming and they do try to engage everybody in different ways -- such as holding community events, free yoga mats for classes and a constantly-updated website that makes it easy to sign up for classes or cancel if you can't make it.

Just started my first month and I am so glad I signed up! All of the teachers have been so warm and friendly, and I love that the studios don't have mirrors - I can feel myself connecting with my body so much more, and thinking less about how I look. Highly recommend Kundalini with Gurudhan or Vinyasa with JJ, and looking forward to trying more classes ✨
