Sunday Wellness: Yoga & Shamanism At Flow Yoga Westgate with Angie K.
We've got something special brewing, and we'd love for you to join on this unique journey. Angie is blending two of her passions into one incredible experience, and it's happening right here at Flow Yoga!
For over 20 years, Angie has been learning from shamans across the globe, soaking up their wisdom and practices. And for the past 10 years, she's been diving deep into the world of energy medicine, helping others find healing and balance. With all the chaos and division we're seeing lately, Angie feels like now is the perfect time to come together and experience some much-needed healing.
Join in for a Yoga as Sacred Ceremony class, where we'll tap into the power of community and the natural world to find peace and unity. We'll kick things off by opening the Four Directions and calling on their unique energies. Whether you already have a spiritual practice or you're just starting to explore, this experience will enhance and deepen your connection to your inner knowing and the heart of the Universe.
Our class will flow through an all-level yoga practice, followed by some powerful energy clearing techniques that have been passed down to me. And to top it all off, we'll embark on a shamanic journey through a drumming meditation. Trust me, it's going to be an experience like no other!
After our journey, we'll have some quiet time to journal about our experiences and ask the expanded state within us for guidance on what's going on in our lives and the world around us.
The hope is that you'll leave this class feeling a sense of peace, connection, and expansion that stays with you long after you roll up your mat.
So, what do you say? Are you ready to try something different and join community for this one-of-a-kind experience? We can't wait to share it with you! ??
