Sacred Circle: Ancestral Healing Experience At Flow Yoga Georgetown with Tylee P.
We will begin with a sacred movement practice to drop into a deeper state of individual and collective embodiment, followed by a Reiki Holy Fire infused meditation for balance, ancestral exploration, and energetic release. We’ll close our time together in circle with a nourishing journaling practice filled with heartfelt reflection questions to deepen your own exploration, mindful group coaching for integration, and time to share and reflect.
Come cultivate your ancestral practice and deepen into the wisdom that lies within your bones. You are the medicine and it is our honor to be a guide on your journey.

Absolutely! Yoga is like a universal language for your body. It can be practiced by people of all ages and fitness levels, and can be adapted to meet the needs of each individual. Plus, it's a lot more fun than sitting on the couch all day.
Yoga can help with insomnia like a lullaby for your mind. It can help reduce stress and anxiety, which can interfere with sleep. Plus, the gentle stretching and deep breathing can help you unwind and fall asleep more easily.
Another misconception is that yoga is just about stretching, but it's like saying a car is just about the wheels. Yoga is a holistic practice that includes breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness, all of which can have profound effects on the mind and body.
Yoga is like a fountain of youth, but without the creepy side effects. It helps to maintain flexibility, balance, and strength as you age, which can reduce the risk of falls and injuries. Plus, it keeps your mind sharp by teaching you to focus and stay present in the moment – no more forgetting where you left your car keys!
Yoga can help with energy levels and fatigue like a natural energy drink for your body. It can help improve blood flow, increase energy levels, and reduce stress. Plus, it's a lot more fun than guzzling energy drinks all day.
