Heres why Flow Yoga Westgate has

The owner of their Cedar Park location Carolina instigated drama by slandering me to the other studio owners and refusing me classes, simply because I spoke up about a new customer bringing her five year old children into a deep relaxation class, which isn’t acceptable at any studio. Her actions are childish and blatantly disrespectful. She talks about me behind my back and if I disagree with her as a client she badmouths me to other people and then tells me I can’t play in her sandbox anymore. Given the option I don’t want to be in the same space as this lady because I’m honestly disgusted and I’m not going to play her games anymore. I signed up to attend classes and practice yoga and to be treated like everyone else. I don’t need this person’s toxicity and drama. They’re not worth my time.

Yoga helps with sleep quality and relaxation like a warm blanket, wrapping you in a cocoon of calm. It can help you learn to quiet the mind, reduce tension in the body, and promote deep relaxation. Plus, it's a lot more comfortable than sleeping with a blanket on your head.
Yoga helps with stress and anxiety like a superhero cape, giving you the power to overcome your fears and worries. It can help you learn to breathe through challenging situations, increase resilience, and reduce the physical symptoms of stress. Plus, it's a lot more comfortable than wearing a cape.
Yoga for children is like a superhero training camp, only without the spandex and capes (unless you're into that sort of thing). It can help improve focus, concentration, and coordination, while also promoting self-esteem and body awareness. Plus, it's a great way to tire them out before bedtime.
Yoga is like a soothing lullaby for your body's aches and pains. It helps to release tension, improve flexibility, and strengthen muscles, all of which can contribute to reducing chronic pain. Plus, it's a lot cheaper than a lifetime supply of pain relievers.
A typical yoga class is like a good movie - it lasts long enough to tell a story, but not so long that you start to nod off. Most classes run between 60-90 minutes, but there are also shorter and longer options available, depending on your schedule and attention span.
