Join Angie Knight, mentor, inspirational speaker, spiritual guide, mother, and teacher as she brings all her gifts together to guide you on a journey home to yourself. This workshop is the culmination of her life’s work and experiences. She has realized that all people feel broken or incomplete in some way. Rather than trying to fix anyone or ourselves, Angie feels that people just need a safe space to be so they can heal from the hurts and fly. She has developed the ability to help people get out of their own way and trust themselves to live an authentic and fulfilling life. Angie’s wisdom comes from her own personal experiences and life so she teaches from a place of vulnerability, humor, and connection. This transformative weekend is full of laughter and fun!
Bring a journal, pen, yoga mat, water, and snacks if you want them. We will have chairs if you prefer to sit in chairs rather than on the floor. You can bring any props that make you feel comfortable, but we also have props in the studio. Wear comfortable clothing that you can gently move in.
Angie is going to offer small group mentoring and a few spots for individual mentoring after the event for anyone that wants continued support learning and integrating what they learn into their life.

Yin is a slow, mindful practice that targets the connective tissues, such as ligaments, joints, and fascia. Working with the energetic systems of the body, Yin Yoga brings the body into balance, and improves its natural range of motion. Most poses are done while seated or lying down supported by the use of props, and are held in stillness for several minutes. As we move into stillness, we bring body, breath and soul into harmony. Yoga means union, and also union of opposites...effort and ease, strength and flexibility. To find balance in the body, we need both movement and stillness. Flow +Chill is a combination class, starting with a slower paced vinyasa, followed by restorative poses (supported by props). We will flow for half of class to warm the body up, then take the second part of class to stretch, release tension and dive into a deeper state of chill. Some classes might include sound healing, breathwork or meditation.Read class details

This studio is so peaceful and beautiful, and is home to some truly incredible teachers. JJ, Sania, and Jillian are some of my favorite instructors. Brianna, the studio manager is so warm and welcoming. The functional mobility class is like PT for healthy folks. I've never taken a class like it and it's doing me a world of good!

I highly recommend Flow Yoga because of the multiple locations, different styles of yoga & for their awesome/patient instructors. I’ve had a positive experience while relieving myself of pain from osteoarthritis through out my body. I took advantage of the $30 for 30 day trial membership. Enjoyed the environment so much that I’ve signed up for regular monthly unlimited. Thank you Flow Yoga!

Flow Yoga ATX is an amazing studio with a welcoming vibe and a variety of great instructors — I enjoyed every class I took there. But the one that was the best fit for me was Playful Power (hot) Saturdays with JJ. His classes were the perfect mix of hard work and lighthearted fun. He made breath the centerpiece of the practice in a way that kept you grounded, even when the poses got challenging. JJ has a great sense of humor, a coach’s energy, and a way of making everyone feel at ease. Highly recommend his class if you’re looking to grow your practice while having a good time!
