I just started Flow Yoga a few weeks ago. It is my favorite studio! It is a beautiful place with big windows and plants. The classes are not overcrowded so there is room to move. The instructors are so kind and encouraging. I go to classes about 3 times/week and look forward to each one. So happy to be here!!!

Flow Yoga is a beautiful, comfortable space with conveniently scheduled classes, all skill levels, all lovingly welcomed. I LOVE the Yin classes - and try the delish hot tea in the lobby before and after class!

I started going to Flow Yoga after being sick for a few months, and it's been just what I needed to feel like myself again. The studio is beautiful and has such a calming vibe. They offer a great variety of classes, and all the teachers are fantastic. Parking is super easy, and their prices are affordable with no contracts! When I was adjusting my membership, Annie was super helpful—I got all my questions answered and everything set up quickly over chat on their website. Thanks, Flow Yoga, for being such a great support on my healing journey!

I'm so glad I found Flow Yoga. I started with their 30 days for $30 offer and tried out a lot of classes and have loved all of them. I appreciate that the yoga instructors take their time, are thoughtful with their guidance, and let you move at your own pace. I've been out of practice for a while and have never felt intimidated in a class. Instead I feel like I've found a nurturing community and relaxing place to visit when I need to take care of myself. FlowYoga embodies a studio culture based on connection and healing. Being a yoga teacher and healing retreat business owner, I was very pleased with the diverse class options and beautiful energy of all the teachers.
