Sunday, December 8th at 7:30pm is an invitation to join me and an INCREDIBLE team this very special Sunday, the 8th, for community, connection, and most importantly, to take part in a transformative modality that serves to empower and realign you with your true self & purpose. I will be guiding the breathwork and leading you through the journey, while my team will be bringing their own unique gifts and energy into the space.
The team is made up of 6 other certified practitioners who will offer support and help you go deeper into your process with the goal of making this a profound experience for you! In my own opinion, breathwork in general serves to summon a greater sense of aliveness within us.
This form of breathwork in particular, Somatic Breathwork, utilizes NLP to facilitate the process of clearing out the internal “muck” that resides in your body and mind. This could be past trauma stored in the body, intrusive thoughts, stress, anxiety, depression, etc. And after the “clearing phase” we move into the “repatterning phase” to replace and repattern your mind into a more positive and optimized state.
This is a journey into the darkness, to emerge into the light of who you really are. Your true self. Your powerful, limitless, confident self. We all healing. We all need a break from the constant stress, confusion, and distraction of life. We all need to be able to see the light-and this is the opportunity to experience that!
