Breathwork & Sound Healing At 3rd Eye
Experience a sensory journey designed to clear stagnant energy and recalibrate your internal frequency through the integration of conscious breathing and harmonic resonance. This session utilizes intentional breathwork to bridge the gap between the conscious and subconscious, beginning with active techniques to stimulate the sympathetic nervous system before transitioning into a restorative parasympathetic state. These shifts facilitate neurovisceral integration, allowing for the safe processing and release of suppressed emotional patterns. As your body settles into stillness, you will be bathed in the frequencies of singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. You will emerge from this safe, supportive space with a regulated nervous system and a renewed sense of emotional equilibrium. No previous breathwork experience required.

Yoga mats, blankets, and eye masks will be provided on a first come, first serve basis (but feel free to bring your own).

FAQ

Yoga can help improve mental clarity like a brain-boosting smoothie. It can help reduce stress and anxiety, which can cloud your thoughts. Plus, the focus on mindfulness can help you stay present and focused.

Yoga is like a soothing massage for your joints. It helps to reduce inflammation, increase flexibility, and improve overall joint health. Plus, it's a lot cheaper than hiring a personal masseuse to follow you around all day.

To prepare for a yoga class, channel your inner yogi by wearing comfortable, stretchy clothes, bringing a yoga mat, and leaving your ego at the door. Remember to hydrate before and after class, and don't forget to silence your phone – nobody wants to hear your ringtone during Savasana.

Yoga helps with physical fitness like a personal trainer, only without the yelling and grunting. It can help you build strength, increase flexibility, and improve cardiovascular health. Plus, it's a lot more peaceful than sweating it out in a crowded gym.

Yoga helps with joint health like a well-oiled machine, keeping your joints flexible and lubricated. It can help improve range of motion, reduce stiffness and inflammation, and prevent joint injuries. Plus, it's a lot more enjoyable than getting a tune-up at the mechanic's shop.
