Hatha Yoga & Meditation At 3rd Eye
Tantra Hatha Yoga is a complete practice weaving yoga postures, breathwork, meditation, and mantra. Rooted in the science of mastering energy (Tantra) and the method of realization (Hatha Yoga), this class invites you to feel empowered, connected, and clear in both body and mind. This offering will be sealed with a meditation.

The slow burn of this practice will help you cultivate strength and resilience both on and off of your mat. Pairing this practice with the meditation will allow you to further tap into your inner peace and navigate the outside world with more compassion and love.
