Life Force Activation (LFA) At 3rd Eye with Julia E.
In a session, participants lie down on a yoga mat. Curated music is playing to take you on a journey. Facilitator may touch you on some energy points in the body. That’s it! What happens on the inside is another story. Each session is unique and experience can range from physical sensation of energy, emotional release of unprocessed trauma, somatic alignment through spontaneous body movements, receiving visions or insights, feeling sensations of love, bliss, oneness and so much more.
As the energy moves through your body, it brings your system into alignment, clears energetic blockages, helping to unlock a deeper sense of joy, peace, love and vitality. Activated energy body accelerates your innate ability to heal, transform and evolve. Profound internal shifts happen after each session, effecting all areas of your life.
~ Experience heightened awareness and expanded consciousness.
~ Release energetic blockages and old patterns that no longer serve you.
~ Tap into your innate creativity and intuition.
~ Cultivate a deeper connection with your true self and the universe.
~ Step into a state of alignment, vitality, and empowerment.
*** To prepare for the session, it's best not to have food 2 hours prior. If you choose to have a meal in this time frame, opt for a light, preferably vegetarian food. No alcohol or drugs are allowed the day of the session.

Yoga helps with detoxification like a spa day for your organs, helping you flush out toxins and impurities. It can help improve circulation, stimulate the lymphatic system, and promote overall health and well-being. Plus, it's a lot more relaxing than going on a juice cleanse.
Hatha and Vinyasa yoga are like two sides of the same coin - they both incorporate physical postures, but they have different approaches. Hatha yoga is slower and more static, focusing on holding each pose for longer periods of time, while Vinyasa yoga is more fluid and dynamic, with a focus on linking breath and movement.
Absolutely! Yoga is like a prenatal and postpartum superhero. It can help improve your strength, flexibility, and endurance during pregnancy, and can also help you recover faster after giving birth. Plus, it's a lot more fun than lying in bed all day.
Yoga helps with endurance like a marathon runner, helping you go the distance without running out of steam. It can help improve cardiovascular function, increase lung capacity, and reduce fatigue. Plus, it's a lot more enjoyable than running until your legs give out.
Yoga helps with mental health like a therapist, only without the couch and notepad. It can help you learn to manage your thoughts and emotions, increase self-awareness, and reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression. Plus, it's a lot more fun than lying on a couch talking about your childhood.
