Gurudhan Khalsa has practiced and taught Kundalini Yoga since 1971 with RYT 500 Kundalini.
Gurudhan places emphasis on explaining the physiological effects of Kundalini energy based on ancient Chinese traditional energy meridian lines and points as well as how breath technology affects our nerves and glands.His Kundalini classes provide a strong physical workout, an opportunity to “deep relax” afterward, and a meditation at the end of class to elevate the soul.
Kirtan has over two decades of experience in personal development, Laura Kirtan Marcotte is a yoga teacher and conscious living expert who takes the timeless wisdom of yoga and makes it powerfully accessible to all.
Steeped in both Kundalini and Hatha yoga and a recognized specialist in yoga for addiction and recovery, Kirtan has spent thousands of hours teaching clients in every stage of recovery at the Cottage Hospital in Santa Barbara, California, Promises Treatment Center and Sage Recovery Center, both in Austin, Texas.
She has served as faculty in an internationally renown Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training Program since 2008 and currently leads comprehensive programs in Therapeutic Yoga for Addiction and Recovery and Teaching Yoga to Children and Adolescents. Her passion for teaching and empowering children of all ages inspired her, as a mother of two young sons in 2006, to design and develop the yoga curriculum currently used by the Austin Independent School District for grades K-12.
Now the mother of two grown men, She lives with her husband in Austin, Texas, and teaches teachers, public classes and works with clients privately. She offers monthly healing events incorporating gongs, crystal bowls, chimes, mindfulness, movement, meditation, community, and fun.
Kirtan finds courage and joy from her daily meditation practice. Her mission is to share yoga as a simple, practical tool that brings grace and ease to everyday life.
Sirgun Khaur An Austin native, Sirgun begin practicing and studying various forms of yoga and meditation in 1972, and then began teaching after completing the 500 hours Kundalini Yoga Teacher training, she is also trained 500 hour Hatha Teacher, Level 1 Yoga Therapy, Chair Yoga, Yin, restorative ,healing arts of Reiki, Diksha, and Tibetan bowl and gong therapy.
Sirgun offers breathwork, movement, and meditation to help students get in touch with their infinite and beautiful
souls, face their problems and challenges, and relax and enjoy a better life.
