In this 60-minute class, children will learn foundational yoga poses and principles, from balance and focus to self-awareness and respect, all through fun games, creative storytelling, and interactive exercises. It's a great way for kids to unwind, build confidence, and develop a positive relationship with their body and mind—without taking themselves too seriously! *Limited spaces, so book ahead!
