Bliss Breath: A Gentle Somatic Breath Work Experience
Fri Mar 20 at 6:30pm
Ready to deepen your practice without the pressure of being “advanced”? This unheated, workshop-style class is designed for consistent vinyasa practitioners who want to explore peak poses like arm balances, inversions, and binds in a supportive, accessible way.
You’ll be guided through progressive stages of each pose, with options to stay where you are or go further if it feels right. Think of it as a space to play, ask questions, build strength, and try new things.
Whether you're building confidence in crow or exploring transitions into handstand, there's a place for you here.
Note: This class is best for those with a regular vinyasa practice, but you don’t need to be advanced just curious and open.
Yoga helps with joint health like a well-oiled machine, keeping your joints flexible and lubricated. It can help improve range of motion, reduce stiffness and inflammation, and prevent joint injuries. Plus, it's a lot more enjoyable than getting a tune-up at the mechanic's shop.
Yoga can help with fibromyalgia symptoms like a soothing balm for your body. It can help reduce pain and stiffness, improve sleep, and reduce stress. Plus, it's a lot more fun than suffering in silence.
Yoga is like a posture-perfecting superhero, swooping in to save you from a lifetime of slouching. It strengthens your core and back muscles, which helps to improve your posture. Plus, it's a lot more fun than wearing one of those posture-correcting devices that make you look like a robot.
How often you practice yoga is like how often you brush your teeth. Ideally, you should aim for at least 3-5 times a week for optimal benefits, but even once a week is better than nothing. Just like brushing your teeth, the more you do it, the better you'll feel. And trust me, nobody likes a smelly yogi.
Yoga can help with fatigue like a shot of energy for your body. It can help improve blood flow, increase energy levels, and reduce stress. Plus, it's a lot more fun than drinking a cup of coffee every day.
