We hold more than we realize — trapped emotions, inherited patterns, and unprocessed trauma that live in the body. Left unresolved, these blocks can dim our light, drain our energy, and keep us from fully thriving.EFT, or Emotional Freedom Technique — often called Tapping — is a simple yet powerful practice that blends Chinese Medicine & modern psychology. By gently tapping on specific points of the body, we send a calming message to the brain, relaxing the nervous system, and interrupting old patterns. This process releases stuck energy, dissolves limiting beliefs, and opens the way for emotional healing through forgiveness, compassion, and self-love.In this guided 60-minute session, you’ll experience the freedom that comes when emotions are given space to move and the heart permission to heal. The result? Peace in your body, clarity in your mind, and a deeper connection to yourself.“I felt lighter after one class than I have in years of therapy. It was like a weight lifted off my chest.” – StudentCome as you are.Tap. Release. We will flow for half of class to warm the body up, then take the second part of class to stretch, release tension and dive into a deeper state of chill. Some classes might include sound healing, breathwork or meditation.Read class details

Designed for deep release & restful renewal.Sink into stillness and surrender in this deeply restorative class that blends the grounding practice of Yin Yoga with the profound relaxation of Yoga Nidra. The first portion (~45 mins) of class focuses on Yin Yoga — slow, floor-based postures held for several minutes to gently stretch the body’s connective tissues, release tension, and quiet the mind. Supported by props and mindful breath, this meditative practice invites you to soften, slow down, and create space within. The practice then transitions into Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation often described as “yogic sleep.” As you rest comfortably in savasana, you’ll be led through a journey of body awareness and visualization designed to promote deep healing, stress relief, and inner calm. This class is suitable for all levels and is especially nourishing for those seeking balance, recovery, or a moment of stillness amid a busy life.Benefits:Increases flexibility and joint mobilityCalms the nervous system and reduces stressSupports deep rest and improved sleepEnhances mindfulness, clarity, and emotional balance Preparing for class:*Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for parking, checking in, and setting up your mat. Great classes. I really enjoy the flow class led by Bri. She has a different theme each month (twists; heart openers; etc) which seems to time with exactly what my body needs. Highly recommend!

I had the best experience with Flow Yoga. Every class and every teacher has been so wonderful. Almost every class starts in a way that mentally prepares you and it is so powerful. The teachers are talented and have lovely motivational things to say throughout class. The classes are diverse in style and they can be altered to fit your level. The studio offers free community events. Owner is very kind. The studio feels warm and welcoming for all.

Katherine H. December 1, 2025

Started yoga January 2020 and did not get many classes in before the world stopped. Between that and years following by caretaking and retirement, I have been not connected to any community. Flow Yoga has a vibe that reminds me of grad school, with interesting students and widely divergent instructors. Every class reflects the teacher and with so many classes and teachers available it would difficult to call this school routine or dull. Plus an unexpected bonus is their active events reflecting holidays, retreats and mediations on special subjects. I waited to join until my mat from Liforme arrived, but I need not waited as there are mats available. I felt foolish being a beginner and getting a pro mat, but it’s added to my overall enjoyment. After my trial membership, I chose the unlimited membership as I show up two to three times a week and enjoy the time spent there. I can not say the same for gyms I have signed up for previously, but it’s very similar to being in a martial arts school with the positivity and encouragement in abundance for its students.

Flow Yoga offers many types of classes throughout the day which is convenient. The setting is so inviting - I instantly relax when I walk in the door. Plus the check in system is super easy.

1. The service: the intentional greeting upon arrival is so warm, flattering, and starts the session out with positive energy! Dina has amazing energy, and makes everyone feel so welcome. She is very kind and patience. 2. The experience: I’ve never participated in group meditation classes until now, and this has exceeded my expectations. The guidance during these sessions is unparalleled. That is an element of the practice that is typically missing from self guided sessions, for me. The level of expertise provided, from the sounds, to the focus reminders, etc, provided make for an experience like no other. 3. The environment: you walk in and are met with a well maintained, clean, fresh, environment, with high quality work out equipment- The plants are healthy and thriving, the tea being served is hot and fresh. 4. The products: we purchased a quality Tarot Card Holder from this location, and it is fantastic, with a gorgeous design.

I was invited to Flow by a friend and after that first class I couldn't wait to join. The price to value ratio is amazing - almost feels like a rarity these days. The spaces, the teachers, the opportunities beyond yoga are incredible. I plan to attend a retreat in the spring and I can't wait!

I found flow yoga about a month ago, and was excited of the variety of classes they offer. I am recovering from cancer related procedures and stumbled upon Yin style yoga and it is helping me so much. The teachers are all amazing and the studio provides a variety so anyone can find what they are looking for. This is a safe place! Thanks Flow!

This studio is amazing. I recently moved out of the area and had to cancel my membership, but I'm definitely missing this place already. Decent price, easy to sign on and easy to cancel, and incredible classes offered at great times. All of the teachers are amazing but Meg, Xenia, and Briana are truly brilliant. I learned so much while going to this studio and will miss it greatly!
