I highly recommend Flow Yoga because of the multiple locations, different styles of yoga & for their awesome/patient instructors. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Flow Yoga ATX is an amazing studio with a welcoming vibe and a variety of great instructors — I enjoyed every class I took there. But the one that was the best fit for me was Playful Power (hot) Saturdays with JJ. His classes were the perfect mix of hard work and lighthearted fun. He made breath the centerpiece of the practice in a way that kept you grounded, even when the poses got challenging. JJ has a great sense of humor, a coach’s energy, and a way of making everyone feel at ease. Highly recommend his class if you’re looking to grow your practice while having a good time!
