FREE: Deep Peace Kirtan Meditation
Sat Apr 25 at 7pm
We're excited to invite you to this free community breathwork session – This is a gentle, heart-led breathwork experience designed to help loosen emotional and energetic density in a safe, grounded, and nurturing way.
Rather than powerful or forceful breathing, we'll guide you through a slow, intentional breath rhythm: in through the nose, out through the mouth with a natural sigh. Think of it as your body getting the green light to relax, soften, and release whatever's been hanging around – old stories, feelings, or just that subtle heaviness.
With some guided pauses, soothing sounds, and plenty of time to integrate, we'll hold space for whatever comes up. Emotions, sensations, or quiet insights – we meet it all with awe, compassion, and curiosity. Nothing's forced; release happens on its own time. Many folks walk away feeling lighter, clearer, or more connected to themselves.
You're always in control – breathe softly, rest, sit up, or step out whenever you need. This isn't about pushing limits; it's about honoring where you're at.
What to Bring Along:
Blanket or layers (it can get cozy and cool)
Water to stay hydrated
An open heart and a willingness to meet yourself gently
We want this to be safe and supportive for everyone, so heads up if you have:
Pregnancy
Epilepsy or seizure disorders
Severe heart issues (like recent heart attack or stroke)
Uncontrolled high blood pressure
History of psychosis
Due to limited number of places, we need 24 hrs minimum cancellation to fill your spot with someone on waitlist. Much appreciated in advance!
Yoga can help improve flexibility like a magic potion for your muscles. It can help stretch and lengthen your muscles, which can improve your range of motion. Plus, it's a lot more fun than being stuck in a stretching machine all day.
Yoga is like a natural pain reliever. It can help reduce chronic pain by improving flexibility, strength, and posture. Plus, the focus on mindfulness can help you manage pain by changing your relationship to it.
There are many different types of yoga, each with their own focus and approach. Some of the most common include:
Yoga helps with digestion and detoxification like a spring cleaning for your body, helping you get rid of toxins and waste. It can help improve circulation, stimulate the lymphatic system, and promote overall digestive health. Plus, it's a lot more enjoyable than cleaning out your garage.
Well, imagine trying to pat your head and rub your belly at the same time. Now imagine doing that while standing on one leg and reciting the alphabet backward. That's what yoga does for your coordination – it teaches you to be a multitasking ninja, gracefully moving through poses while keeping your balance and focus.
