As we welcome the holiday season, Flow Yoga invites you in for an afternoon of activities, community bonding & delicious authentic cacao & tea.
The intention of this event is for us to gather together mindfully, lovingly and send out healing energy to the world at large.
Plus, you are looking to get some holiday gifts, come check out our bazaar and have fun moving your body while you're at it. We will also have a room dedicated to rejuvenation and self-care, which includes tarot card and astrology reading, body work, and various healing modalities
These will be happening in parallel to the following list of activities:

3:30- 4:30 pm -All-level primal yoga flow
5:00 - 6:00 pm - Kirtan with Jambavan
6:30pm -7:30 pm: Drum circle by Austin Drum Beats
7:30PM- Closing Circle

Marya began her yoga journey in 2012 while living in Beirut, Lebanon. She discovered Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and dedicated the next 9 years of her life to practicing it in a traditional Mysore setting. Marya also fell in love with chanting & bhakti yoga during this time, primarily through the ISKON community. Today, she merges her passion for voice activation, dance and improvised movement, yoga & tantric philosophy as the core nucleus of her daily living.
CERTIFICATIONS:
Michaela Whalen is a certified Reiki Practitioner/Teacher, Sound Healer, Mindfulness Teacher, and Women's Circle Facilitator.
Michaela uses a variety of tools and modalities such as meditation, sound healing, energetic healing, breath work, art, writing, and movement (etc) to support individuals to honor all aspects of the self and move through blockages so that they can integrate and reach goals aligned with their purpose.
Michaela’s passion is to foster the strengthening of the connection with self and empower individuals to access their own innate ability to self-heal.
Michaela also works for Flow Yoga coordinating events and operating as studio support for all of Flow's studios. In this role she is able to carry out her passion for connection and community!
Mandi is a dedicated yoga practitioner with over 15 years of experience. Her extensive journey in yoga is enriched by a profound passion for kirtan, mantra practices, and various bhakti yoga traditions. A graduate of Texas State University, Mandi holds a degree in Music Performance and Jazz Studies, which infuses her teaching with a unique blend of musical artistry and depth.
In the Spring of 2024, Mandi completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, further expanding her expertise and commitment to holistic wellness. As a sound healer, Mandi incorporates the soothing and transformative qualities of the flute and harp into her sessions, creating a harmonious and immersive experience for her students. Her approach integrates the therapeutic power of sound with the transformative benefits of yoga, offering a truly enriching practice.
