During this session, you’ll be supported in creating space for self-inquiry, self-care, and compassion. The experience may feel like a reset—an opportunity to say “yes” to what truly nourishes you while letting go of what no longer serves.
What to Bring
Bolsters, yoga mats, and blankets will be provided at the studio. You’re welcome to bring any additional comforts such as a pillow, blanket, or eye pillow. A journal or sketchbook is optional for reflection after the meditation.
