Full Moon Sound & Ceremony
Sun Aug 30 at 7pm
We open with a few quiet minutes of guided reflection — no experience or writing skills required, just noticing how you feel as you arrive.
From there, gentle movement helps settle the body before we rest into a guided mantra meditation and sound bath.
We close with an opportunity to share your experience with other attendees.
Each student receives a simple kraft journal to keep — a place to jot what you notice before and after each month's meditation. Over time, it becomes a record of your own rhythm. Feel free to bring your own if you have one you love.
No experience necessary — come as you are.
Yoga is like a self-esteem superhero! It helps you build strength, flexibility, and balance, which can boost your confidence. Plus, the mindfulness aspect of yoga teaches you to be kinder to yourself and appreciate your body for what it can do, rather than how it looks.
Yoga is like a peaceful hike in the woods, while Pilates is like a high-intensity workout at the gym. Both practices can improve strength, flexibility, and posture, but yoga has a more spiritual and meditative focus, while Pilates is more focused on core strength and control.
Yoga can help with emotional healing like a gentle massage for your heart. It can help you process and release emotions, improve self-awareness, and increase feelings of happiness and well-being. Plus, it's a lot more fun than sitting in a therapist's office all day.
Yoga is like a chill pill for your mind and body. It activates the relaxation response, which helps lower stress and anxiety. Plus, the gentle stretching and deep breathing can help you unwind and let go of tension.
Yoga helps with pregnancy like a prenatal vitamin, providing nourishment and support for both mother and baby. It can help you prepare for childbirth, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve overall well-being. Plus, it's a lot more fun than swallowing a giant pill.
