There is no expectation that your body move, feel, or function the way it did before breast cancer.Return to You is an opportunity to get curious about the body you are living in today.What feels good?What feels different?Where do you feel uncertain?What might help you feel safer and more confident moving again?Together, we’ll explore gentle, adaptable yoga and movement, breath, relaxation, myofascial release, and simple practices for mobility and everyday well being. Everything is invitational and can be adapted to your individual needs and experience.There will also be time for conversation, questions, connection, and support. This is a place to share what you are experiencing if you choose, learn more about your body, and explore what feels supportive to you.Return to You is intended to be an ongoing gathering, with opportunities to return and continue exploring movement and community together.You do not need to be flexible, strong, or experienced with yoga. Come exactly as you are. We’ll start there.Free • No yoga experience necessaryMeet your Host: Sharon Reynolds Sharon Reynolds is a breast cancer survivor, wellness advocate, and yoga enthusiast. Diagnosed with Stage II breast cancer at age 45, she underwent surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation, leaving her with ongoing challenges including nerve damage, muscle weakness, chronic pain, balance issues, and neuropathy.Her experience with cancer became a powerful wake-up call and inspired her to take an active role in caring for her body and rebuilding her strength. Today, Sharon embraces an active, healthy lifestyle that includes walking, strength training, cardio, Pilates, barre, massage therapy, and daily movement.Above all, yoga has been a transformative part of Sharon’s healing journey, helping her reconnect with her body, build strength and balance, and nurture her overall well-being. She is passionate about sharing the healing and empowering benefits of yoga with fellow breast cancer survivors.Read class details
