Comedian Stephen Campbell's filming his one man comedy show about maintaining your mental health after tragic life events, dealing with therapists who are addicted to opioids, and finding the best solution for him was breath work, yoga and meditation.
You'll receive the healing properties of a whole lotta laughter from Stephen, while learning breath work techniques, yoga for gratitude, and meditation practices from a yoga therapist, Sam Pullen.
We will be filming this event so we can't wait to make it extra special for you!
Yoga is like a peaceful hike in the woods, while Pilates is like a high-intensity workout at the gym. Both practices can improve strength, flexibility, and posture, but yoga has a more spiritual and meditative focus, while Pilates is more focused on core strength and control.
Yoga helps with pregnancy like a prenatal vitamin, providing nourishment and support for both mother and baby. It can help you prepare for childbirth, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve overall well-being. Plus, it's a lot more fun than swallowing a giant pill.
Yoga is like a soothing massage for your joints. It helps to reduce inflammation, increase flexibility, and improve overall joint health. Plus, it's a lot cheaper than hiring a personal masseuse to follow you around all day.
Yoga can help with migraines like a superhero swooping in to save the day. It can help reduce stress and tension, which are common migraine triggers. Plus, the focus on breath control can help you manage migraine pain.
If you have an injury, think of yourself as a master chef adapting a recipe. You can modify yoga poses by using props like blocks or straps, or simply by adjusting your alignment. And remember, it's better to be safe than sorry – no one wants to end up with a yoga-induced injury that puts them out of commission for weeks.
