Elevate your morning routine with intentional breathwork and meditation, awakening your highest self. This class renews your energy, focus, and heart openness by combining activating and calming breathwork with meditation to release stagnant energy and reconnect with the present as you start your day.
We begin with activating breathwork and emotional release, shedding yesterday's worries and embracing the new day with a light heart. As the energy settles, we smoothly transition into gentle, calming breathwork and meditation, nurturing inner tranquility to keep you present and connected throughout the day. Morning meditation and breathwork not only build a strong sense of community and shared purpose but also tap into the morning's enchanting energy, amplifying the benefits of these practices and fostering personal growth, motivation, and accountability. Together, we harness the transformative magic of the morning for a profoundly uplifting start to the day.
Check-in for this class will take place in the Alma room as the lounge space does not open until 10am. When entering Casa de Luz, take the first right towards the courtyard - Alma is the room at the end of the walkway.

One of the most popular yoga myths is the belief that you need to be flexible before ever setting foot on a mat. The truth is, flexibility isn’t a prerequisite. In fact, a regular yoga practice will actually help you become more flexible over time. Increased flexibility can help decrease the risk of injuries, create a better range of motion of joints, lengthen muscles, improve balance and overall health!Flexibility + mobility is a fun, judgment-free space, suitable for all levels. In this class we will work on different muscle groups and joints each week, using yoga, mobility, and stability techniques as well as Myofascial release to improve range of motion and flexibility.
Props such as straps, bolsters, blocks, and tennis balls will be used to target specific areas and help ease your body into the poses and stretches. Modifications and options will be offered throughout the class.

Dear Flow yoga family,
In the wake of Hurricane Helene, thousands of lives have been upended, with over 50,000 homes damaged and nearly 100,000 people displaced. Communities are in urgent need of shelter, clean water, and medical supplies. Now is the time for us to unite in the spirit of compassion and support.
Our amazing instructor and lead trainer from Cedar Park @angelarichtergronross has worked with a grass roots rescue team called Mindful Rescue since 2017. They have recently become an official non-profit & their team is preparing to head to North Carolina & the surrounding areas on October 15 to assist.
Every small donation can help bring relief to those affected and aid in their recovery.
How You Can Help: We are seeking cash donations and essential supplies for families in need:
Pet food, cat litter, wet food
Baby food, diapers, wipes, formula
Clothing for kids and adults, new socks and underwear
Charging bricks, flashlights, batteries
Medical supplies (Benadryl, epi-pens)
Toiletries: shampoo, mouthwash, deodorant
Water, bread, canned food, snacks
Gas, propane, aluminum pans, to-go containers
Items can be dropped off at Flow Yoga Cedar Park lounge during class times by next Wednesday October 9th
