Here's what you can expect:
Mindful Movement: We'll start off by getting cozy on the floor and moving through some gentle postures. It's all about releasing that built-up tension and letting your body do its thing.
Guided Meditation: Next up, we'll ease into a soothing guided meditation. It's like a mini-vacation for your brain - a chance to quiet all those busy thoughts and find some inner peace. Just close your eyes and let the calm wash over you.
Sound Bath: To top it all off, you'll get to soak up the healing vibes of a sound bath. We're talking crystal sound bowls, gongs, chimes, and all sorts of other cool instruments. It's like a massage for your soul, helping you sink deeper into relaxation and find your inner balance.
Doors open at 6:30pm for tea in the lounge, and we start at 7pm.
