Saturday Spotlight: FREE All Levels Yoga class + YTT Info Session
Sat Apr 4 at 10:30am
We’ll begin with breath and movement, and then flow into a playful, heart-pumping Nia class to awaken body, emotions, mind, and spirit! We'll wrap up with a nourishing 30-minute Yoga Nidra (guided rest meditation) to leave you feeling abundantly light, steady, and renewed.
Shaking is medicine. It supports your physical, emotional, energetic, and mental well-being—helping release stress, regulate your nervous system, and clear old patterns so you can return to a happier, more balanced YOU.
What is Nia? Nia is a barefoot movement practice that blends martial arts, dance, and healing arts into one joyful, expressive class.
What to Expect:
Breath-led movement to energize and release tension
A mix of structure and freeform play—no experience needed
Sensation-based cueing so you can move in ways that feel good for your body
A full-body reset that supports your nervous system and uplifts your mood
Each class will have a unique focus to guide your movement experience. All bodies and levels welcome. No dance or martial arts background needed. Just come as you are, wear comfy clothes, and bring water.

Plus, it keeps your mind sharp by teaching you to focus and stay present in the moment – no more forgetting where you left your car keys!
Yoga can help with chronic pain and injury recovery like a physical therapist for your body. It can help reduce pain and stiffness, improve flexibility, and increase strength. Plus, it's a lot more fun than going to physical therapy all day.
Yoga is like a personal trainer for your muscles. It can help improve muscle tone by strengthening and stretching your muscles. Plus, it's a lot cheaper than hiring a personal trainer to follow you around all day.
Absolutely! Yoga is like a prenatal and postpartum superhero. It can help improve your strength, flexibility, and endurance during pregnancy, and can also help you recover faster after giving birth. Plus, it's a lot more fun than lying in bed all day.
