Open Space for Remembrance in Honor of Jillian Coogan
Fri Mar 6 at 4pm
We will be focusing on the new moon, which is the darkest night of the month. It's a time when we can illuminate the darkest parts of our being, including emotions like grief, loss, and anger. By creating a safe space to work through these emotions, we can clear the path to abundance and joy.
The ceremony will include light optional asana (yoga poses), mantra chanting, and mudra (hand postures). The majority of our time together will be spent in a relaxing sound bath meditation.
So, why should you join us for this ceremony? If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply in need of some self-care, this event is for you. It's an opportunity to take time for yourself to pause, reflect, and heal. Plus, you'll get to meet like-minded individuals who are also seeking wellness and connection.
We can't wait to see you at the New Moon Ceremony! Remember, all are welcome, so feel free to invite your friends or family members who may also benefit from this experience. Come a little early to enjoy a cup of cacao and enjoy the company of others in our wellness lounge.
Hot yoga is like a sauna for your soul. It can help improve flexibility, detoxify the body, and enhance overall well-being. Plus, it's a great way to sweat out all the toxins from that last slice of pizza. Just don't forget to hydrate!
Yoga helps with joint health like a well-oiled machine, keeping your joints flexible and lubricated. It can help improve range of motion, reduce stiffness and inflammation, and prevent joint injuries. Plus, it's a lot more enjoyable than getting a tune-up at the mechanic's shop.
Yoga helps with mental clarity like a pair of glasses, helping you see things more clearly. It can help you learn to quiet the mind, reduce mental clutter, and increase focus and concentration. Plus, it's a lot more enjoyable than wearing glasses.
Yoga helps with flexibility like a ballet dancer, helping you move gracefully and fluidly. It can help improve posture, increase range of motion, and reduce the risk of injuries. Plus, it's a lot more enjoyable than trying to pirouette in a tutu.
Yin and yang yoga are like the yin and yang of the yoga world - they balance each other out. Yin yoga is slow and passive, focusing on deep stretching and relaxation, while yang yoga is more active and dynamic, focusing on building strength and heat.
