Full Moon Ceremony and Sound Bath At Flow Yoga Westgate
Full Moons are traditionally a time for reflection, release, and owning your power as well as your weaknesses.

Join Veronica Kelly for these monthly gatherings to tune in, release and align yourself with what you truly desire.

In this Full Moon Ceremony, we will practice EFT, Breath, Mantra and Compassion so that we may clear all that no longer serves us and align to our greatest potential.

This a POWERFUL opportunity to reset your mind, body and soul. We will end with a relaxing soundbath to ease us into the evening. All are welcome!

FAQ

There are many different types of yoga, each with their own focus and approach. Some of the most common include:

  • Ashtanga: a dynamic and physically demanding practice
  • Bikram: a series of 26 postures and two breathing exercises, practiced in a heated room
  • Iyengar: a meticulous style that emphasizes proper alignment and the use of props
  • Kundalini: a spiritual practice that involves chanting, meditation, and dynamic movement
  • Restorative: a gentle practice that uses props to support the body in passive postures.

Absolutely! Yoga is like a universal language for your body. It can be practiced by people of all ages and fitness levels, and can be adapted to meet the needs of each individual. Plus, it's a lot more fun than sitting on the couch all day.

Yoga helps with stress reduction like a warm bath, only without the pruney fingers. It can help calm the mind, lower cortisol levels, and increase relaxation. Plus, it's a lot more invigorating than soaking in a tub.

Yoga helps with focus and concentration like a laser beam, helping you hone in on the task at hand. It can help improve mental clarity, reduce distractions, and increase productivity. Plus, it's a lot more enjoyable than staring at a computer screen all day.

Yoga is like a soothing lullaby for your body's aches and pains. It helps to release tension, improve flexibility, and strengthen muscles, all of which can contribute to reducing chronic pain. Plus, it's a lot cheaper than a lifetime supply of pain relievers.
