New Moon Sound Bath
Fri Feb 20 at 8pm
The new moon is the darkest night of the month. It's a time when we can illuminate the darkest parts of our being, including emotions like grief, loss, and anger.
Drawing from the practice of Nada Yoga, the yoga of sound, we will use singing bowls as a way to relax deeply & tap into into the deeper layers of ourselves.
This relaxing event is a mini-journey into yourself, we begin with a short discussion on the New Moon, followed by a short meditation as we move into the sound bath.
Whether you're feeling stagnant, overwhelmed, or simply seeking solace, this event offers a sanctuary for self-care and rejuvenation. The New Moon can be an invitation to pause, reflect, and nurture yourself amidst the company of kindred spirits.

Yoga helps with muscle strength and tone like a personal trainer, only without the dumbbells and weight machines. It can help you build lean muscle mass, improve flexibility, and increase overall body composition. Plus, it's a lot more peaceful than grunting and sweating in a crowded gym.
Yoga helps with heart health like a personal trainer, providing a gentle and effective workout to keep your heart strong and healthy. It can help lower blood pressure, improve circulation, and reduce the risk of heart disease. Plus, it's a lot more enjoyable than sweating it out on a treadmill.
Yoga helps with vitality like a shot of espresso, only without the jitters and crash. It can help improve circulation, boost energy levels, and reduce fatigue. Plus, it's a lot more relaxing than chugging caffeine.
Yoga can help with emotional balance like a tightrope walker for your emotions. It can help you stay centered and grounded, even when things get tough. Plus, it's a lot more fun than walking a tightrope all day.
