As the energy settles, you'll be guided into a restorative sound immersion, where soothing vibrations and healing tones create space for deep rest, integration, and renewal.
Together we'll explore:
• Breath as a pathway to presence and vitality
• Rhythmic movement that awakens joy and self-expression
• Connection to self and community through dance
• Deep relaxation through sound and stillness
• A sense of grounding, freedom, and inner balance
Come root into your body, awaken your spirit, and discover the rhythm that has been within you all along.
No dance experience is needed—simply come as you are and allow your body to move in the way it was designed to move.

To prevent injuries during yoga practice, treat your body like a delicate flower – with care and respect. Warm up properly, listen to your body, and don't push yourself too far. And remember, it's better to take a break and rest than to force yourself into a pose that could lead to injury.
Yoga helps with self-confidence like a cheerleader, always there to encourage and support you. It can help you learn to trust your body, improve posture, and increase body awareness. Plus, it's a lot more empowering than wearing a short skirt and shaking pom-poms.
Yoga helps with posture like a tailor, making sure everything fits just right. It can help improve alignment, strengthen core muscles, and increase body awareness. Plus, it's a lot more fun than standing in front of a mirror with a measuring tape.
If you have an injury, think of yourself as a master chef adapting a recipe. You can modify yoga poses by using props like blocks or straps, or simply by adjusting your alignment. And remember, it's better to be safe than sorry – no one wants to end up with a yoga-induced injury that puts them out of commission for weeks.
Absolutely! Yoga is like a Swiss Army knife for your health. It can be used as a complementary therapy for a wide range of health conditions, including chronic pain, cardiovascular disease, and mental health issues. Plus, it's a lot more fun than taking a bunch of pills all day.
