The Summer Solstice is the year’s zenith of light—a potent moment to celebrate vitality, clarify direction, and devote your energy to what you truly want to grow. As the Sun stands still, we pause with it: to kindle inner fire, open the heart, and align action with soul.
Join Tej & Ray for an uplifting evening of movement, music, and deep rest designed for the long light of summer. This ceremony emphasizes embodied presence—inviting you to feel, breathe, and receive.
You’ll experience:
?? Astrology update for the Solstice: themes of radiance, purpose, and sustainable momentum
? Hatha-inspired movement to energize, open the chest, and balance solar/lunar channels
? Breathwork for clarity + calm focus
? Live music & original songs by Ray (voice, guitar, hand percussion)
? Sound healing immersion with singing bowls and gong for deep replenishment
? Closing intention ritual to carry the season’s light forward
Who it’s for: All levels and bodies. Come as you are—leave bright, grounded, and clear.

Yoga helps with strength like a personal trainer, only without the weight machines and mirrors. It can help you build lean muscle mass, increase flexibility, and improve overall body composition. Plus, it's a lot more peaceful than a crowded gym.
Absolutely! Yoga is like a universal language for your body. It can be practiced by people of all ages and fitness levels, and can be adapted to meet the needs of each individual. Plus, it's a lot more fun than sitting on the couch all day.
Yoga helps with self-confidence like a cheerleader, always there to encourage and support you. It can help you learn to trust your body, improve posture, and increase body awareness. Plus, it's a lot more empowering than wearing a short skirt and shaking pom-poms.
Absolutely! Yoga is like a prenatal superhero. It can help improve your strength, flexibility, and endurance, all of which can come in handy during labor. Plus, the focus on breath control can help you stay calm and focused during contractions.
