I recently decided to get back into my yoga practice and I am so glad I discovered Flow Yoga in Georgetown. The studio is beautiful and clean, and the intentionality to create a welcoming and friendly community is apparent. Thank you! This studio offers many different types of classes. I signed up for unlimited classes for the first month and tried all sorts of yoga types I had never experienced before- I really enjoyed trying different styles and instructors! The vibe is very relaxed and non pretentious. The facility is clean and relaxing with a good location close to downtown.

I just moved into the area and I’ve already found my new yoga studio. You can’t beat the ‘$30 for 30 days’ offer and there are plenty of classes to choose from for all levels. The teachers and students are friendly and welcoming. And the studio is well-equipped and really beautiful. I look forward to coming here every week. Whether you are new to yoga or a 25 year veteran, you’ll love it here. Highly recommend!!

Flow Yoga is such a lovely studio! I’ve been attending weekly for the past few months and love the peaceful atmosphere and kind teachers. I visited Flow Yoga in March and ended up joining in April because the experience was that good. The classes, instructors, and staff are consistently amazing — welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in your wellbeing. As a 27‑year military veteran, I deal with chronic pain and tension. Flow Yoga has been one of the few places that has truly helped me manage pain, relax, and reconnect with my body in a supportive way. Every class feels intentional, accessible, and grounding. The environment is peaceful, the community is kind, and the quality of teaching is exceptional. I’m grateful to have found a place that supports both physical healing and mental calm. I could write an essay of how transformative Bali can be, how much joy it brings me to see the face of my students experiencing it for the first time, how impactful the Balinese culture and people are, words can’t really describe it, photos doesn’t do justice… But for now just a round a thanks Thank you Bali for the lessons, the presence, the moments and memories, the energy and intention, the way your people loved on us, the way you held space for us 🤍 Thank you to the two groups of incredible humans who joined our retreats, thank you for holding each other, for your willingness to experience an unusual adventure and your open hearts 🤍 Thank you to our guide Angga who is the most wonderful human, and the highlight of our Bali retreats, we couldn’t have done this without you 🤍 And of course Stephanie, Jaidev, Josh and Suria for being my hosts and taking care of all retreats logistics 🤍 Suksma Bali 🙏🏽 I love you with all my heart 🤍

Wow. Wow, wow, wow. A huge THANK YOU 🩷 to everyone who joined us at the Texas Capitol to practice, connect, and celebrate together. Seeing 1,500 people roll out their mats and move as one community was truly something special. We're so grateful to our incredible teachers @flowandbells @bkmckernon @sarahpintos who shared their gifts, our amazing staff and volunteers who made the day run smoothly, our talented DJ @gongo.atx who kept the energy flowing, our photographers who captured the magic, our wonderful vendors who helped create such a vibrant experience, and of course, the Texas Capitol for providing such an iconic space for us to gather. Events like this remind us why we do what we do. Yoga is so much more than movement: it's community. We built Flow because we wanted to make Yoga accessible to everybody and wow, did we feel that on Sunday. Thank you for showing up, sharing your energy, and making this one of our favorite events yet.
